OpenLumen Commercial License¶

This license allows commercial use of the OpenLumen hardware, firmware, and software under terms agreed directly with Don't Die Gloriously.

You May¶

Manufacture and sell hardware based on OpenLumen designs.
Use OpenLumen firmware or software in commercial or paid products.
Offer OpenLumen-based systems as part of a commercial service.
Use the OpenLumen name or branding under written agreement.

You Must¶

Obtain written authorization from Don't Die Gloriously before commercial use.
Pay any agreed royalties, license fees, or partnership costs.
Attribute “OpenLumen by Don't Die Gloriously” in documentation and marketing materials.
Maintain product safety standards and proper light-exposure protections.

How to Obtain a License¶

Please include: - Your company or project name - Intended commercial use (manufacturing, resale, integration, etc.) - Estimated production or sale volume - Any requested branding or co-marketing arrangements
